Delivery method
All initial design work will be sent as pdf proofs by email. Once the
final design is approved, all design elements will be sent to both the
book printer and the client on cd, using either FedEx or UPS.

Barbara Hodge, Graphic Designer adheres to the highest standards of
ethical practices in all of my operations and is dedicated to protecting
the privacy of all visitors to my web site. My privacy policy is simple:
I don't sell, barter, give away, or rent your personal information to
any company outside of Barbara Hodge, Graphic Designer.
Refund Policy
A 50% deposit is required to begin work. If at any time the contract is
cancelled, sums owed for work already done come payable upon
cancellation. If no work was done the entire deposit will be refunded to
you.
